International Singer/Songwriter KERI MCINERNEY is a multi-award winning and dynamic stage performer. Her vocal prowess matches her charisma as a performer, coupled by a very real emotional vocal delivery. Keri's uncompromising artistry and highly original, personalized style includes an innovative sense of phrasing, rhythm and harmony.

She is a master chamelon, with dynamic, energetic onstage band performances and yet in her acoustic performances, there is an almost gracious emotive, and expressive presence which also shows the beautiful tenderness and depth of her songwriting.

Keri is multi award winner and nominee in several major awards, country music’s The World Championships of Performing Arts; The European Country Music Awards; TheGolden Guitars, the TIARAs, Qld Recording Industry Awards; South Pacific Internatonal Songwriting Competition and the People’s Choice Awards to a few.

A high achiever Keri has managed to get it right in the music industry essentially since her debut album, Fool’s Game , which from the first hit single Out on Our Verandah, she was acclaimed a breath of fresh air leaving the industry asking ‘who was this singer from Queensland’.

Her second album Love’s A Crazy Thing, produced five hit singles the self titled Love’s A Crazy Thing, He’s No Good, When Love Walked In, Lonely Life and the standout track Exactly How I Feel, another original, this time with Michael O’Rourke, voted a TIARA Independent Artist Collaboration Award. Her third album ‘The One’ became a Top Ten hit in itself, adding to a growing list and later becoming the benchmarks Keri worked hard to achieve in her fourth album, 'Stay'.

The combination of talents from some of the best Australia has to offer, the essence of magic from Michael Fix, difficult to describe ranging from gusto to maestro, is the perfect balance in sophistication for this album, and teams brilliantly with the production and musicianship from long time associate and music mentor Steve Tebbett, and the knowing contributions of Michael Flanders, Jason Millhouse, Vaughn Jones and fiddler player Savannah Jo Lack.

'STAY', has reaped 3 National and International hit singles for Keri with continued airplay in the USA and Australian Market.

Keri has many major awards to her credit, both national and international. Her most recent and greatest accolade, being 14 medals and a world championship award at The World Championships Of Performing Arts in Hollywood, USA. Keri became a performer in the Grand Finale which was beamed to billions of viewers worldwide, on TV and the Internet.

Keri returns to the USA this year, where she will once again represent Australia at the Championships and complete some major touring and US recording committments.

"STAY"

KERI McINERNEY is a lady who knows music can move mountains, hearts and tears. 'STAY', is her newest album, a rich tapestry of emotions, joyful and emotive.

The title track is quite exceptional, joining with guitar maestro MICHAEL FIX in a desperate plea for a lover not to leave. She then turns up the fun with mates MICHAEL O'ROURKE and STEVE EALES in the classic 'Stuck In The Middle With You'.

'Easy', is a fine track about when love becomes less than easy.

But the surprise standout track for me is 'Tickin'. It really showcases Keri's vocal and songwriting talents: a hot country/soft rock track with mind-blowing guitar work from JASON MILLHOUSE, MIKE FLANDERS and Keri's long-time music collaborator STEVE TEBBETT, interwoven with superb fiddle by SAVANNAH JO LACK - I had to hit the repeat three times!

'STAY' will stay with you: a quality work from an impressive lady.

STAY - KERI MCINERNEY

This is the fourth album release for Keri and by the way it is being aired on national television both here and abroad, Keri McInerney is in for a big year in country music.

Keri's latest single releae and title track was recently named a finalist in the National Musicoz Awards, with Keri sharing this accolade with multi Golden Guitar winner, Michael Fix.

The latest single of the alum for radio airplay is a lovely song called Know What You Want, with some good fiddle in it. Also featured on the album is the song that shot up the country charts last year, Stuck In The Middle With You, going up into the top 10 around the country.

The backing on this album is top class with 'Savannah' Jo Lack on fiddle, Vaughn Jones on keyboards and Mike Flanders on pedal steel.

As an independent artist, as many of our Aussie artists are, Keri has built up a very good reputation with her audiences and is gaining new fans all the time as she plays her shows around Australia.
